We reinvented StubHub, taking it from a transactional brand to an emotional one.

StubHub wanted to rebrand from a transactional ticketing company to an experience brand. But we realized to succeed they would not only have to compete with other ticketing sites, but they'd have to combat Netflix, the ease of food delivery apps and the general inertia of staying in. So we rebranded them and launched the Your Ticket Out campaign that celebrated the excitement you could only get by going out.
